  • Before your appointment, please ensure you have completed all forms and waivers. If you are heading into the sauna, please hydrate beforehand and bring a water bottle with you. You are welcome to wear a bathing suit though towels and robes are provided on site. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for all practitioner appointments. Please note that there are NO SHOES ALLOWED inside the clinic. We provide slides which are sanitized between each use but you are welcome to bring your own slippers or slides as well.

  • We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour cancellation period are subject to a 50-100% charge of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Please inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible to ensure your appointment time is not wasted and that our practitioners can provide the care you need.

  • There is no client-specific parking. There is free parking on side streets by the clinic and Green P parking on Harbord Street, in front of the clinic. LITE Toronto is accessible through Lines 1 AND 2. We are a short, 7-minute walk from Spadina Station!
